Harmony Yoga

Yoga is the perfect way to help deal with the stresses and strains of modern living and to help develop health, harmony and inner peace.

Yoga can benefit everyone by raising energy levels, improving strength, flexibility and muscle tone, improving posture and breathing, stimulating the healthy function of body systems, calming the mind and nervous system to bring a balanced state of harmony.

Anyone can practice and it is a very safe form of exercise.

A typical Yoga class will include Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and simple meditation techniques. Lifestyle, diet, psychology and other aspects of Yoga are taught, presenting Yoga as a integrated path of practice encompassing all aspects of our being.

Harmony Yoga teach a system of Yoga called Vinyasa Krama Yoga. This is a traditional Yoga practice as taught by T. Krishnamacharya and his student Srivatsa Ramaswami.

Vinyasa Krama Yoga practice is characterised by;
