2013 - Lillah Sansom will be teaching the classes on April 30th, May 7th and May 14th.
This class is oriented towards spiritual development using the integral methods of Hatha and Raja Yoga. The practical means of spiritual development have been developed, refined and transmitted since ancient times. Learn how to follow this tried and trusted path.
The class will include asana (Yoga postures), pranayama (Yoga breath work), meditation, chanting and mantra and is taught by Steve Brandon.
