Module 10: Teaching Methodology-The Viniyoga of Yoga
‘Viniyoga’ is the application of Yoga appropriate to the situation. In this module we will explore the application of Vinyasa Krama Yoga to students of all ages and abilities. Teaching groups and individuals. Practice planning, sequencing and course planning.
Saturday 16th, 9.30am – 5.30pm and Sunday 17th, 9.15am – 4.30pm. March 2013.
