Module 11 Teaching Methodology 2: The Viniyoga of Yoga 13 hours
Viniyoga’ is the application of Yoga appropriate to the situation. In this module we will explore the application of Vinyasa Krama Yoga to students of all ages and abilities. Teaching groups and individuals. Practice planning, sequencing and course planning.
Saturday 20th, 9.30am – 5.30pm and Sunday 21st, 9.15am – 4.30pm. April 2013.
