Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way please, return any unopened, unused portion within 30 days for prompt credit to Harmony Yoga Ltd. We suggest you use recorded delivery as no return of goods no credit. If the goods are faulty, please contact us immediately for return and replacement or refund instructions.

Payments

Online purchases are processed by Pay Pal so security and protection are ensured.

Pricing

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the web site at the time of your order. This price includes vat but not cost of delivery.

Delivery of products

We aim to despatch within 1 working day of your order and for you to receive the products ordered within 5 working days.

If there is going to be a delay we will email you.

Please notify us if products do not arrive within 7 days of the despatch date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Postage

Postage is calculated on each order.

All packages are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce unless otherwise indicated.

Custom charges

Customers are responsible for any custom charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers must also take full responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into the destination country.

If products are returned due to customs rejection you will be credited for goods returned minus carriage charges.

Cancellation of orders

You may cancel your order by informing us of this by e-mailing sales@harmonyyoga.co.uk or by phoning 01749 677470 any time up to seven days from receiving delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of our receipt of the goods or your cancellation, whichever is the earlier.

Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the invoice number, and should be forwarded to us at:

Cancellation of Workshops.

Payments for workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
